Start on a low level and switch the warmer off when you're not using it. For sensitive skin, keep it in a pocket or glove instead of holding it directly. Not for unattended use by children or by people with reduced feeling in their hands. Lithium battery: pack it in your carry-on when you fly, not in checked luggage.
Warranty
Every Emberly Twin is covered by a 6-month warranty against defects. If a warmer stops heating or charging under normal use, email us with your order number and a short video and we'll send a replacement.
Shipping
Free tracked shipping on every order. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–8 business days within the US — about 6–11 business days in total. International orders take 10–20 business days after dispatch and may be charged local import duties on delivery. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
Returns
Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery — email us your order number and we'll send instructions within one business day. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong; then we cover it and replace or refund in full. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Do I get one warmer or two?
Two. Every set has two warmers that snap together with magnets and pull apart when you need them separately. Each one heats on its own.
How long does a charge last?
Up to 8 hours on low, about 6 hours on medium and about 4 hours on high. Cold weather and frequent use of the high setting shorten it a little.
How hot does it get?
About 104°F (40°C) on low, 113°F (45°C) on medium and 131°F (55°C) on high. Start low, and keep it in a pocket or glove if you have sensitive skin.
How fast does it warm up?
You'll feel warmth in about 3 seconds after switching on. Both sides of each warmer heat up, so either side can rest in your palm.
How do I charge it?
With the included USB-C cable and any USB wall adapter or computer port. A full charge takes about 3–4 hours; the display shows the battery level.
Can it charge my phone?
Yes. Connect your phone to the warmer's USB-C port with a cable for an emergency top-up. It's meant for a quick boost, not a full phone charge.
Is it safe in a pocket?
Yes. It has overheat protection and a flame-retardant shell. Switch it off when you're not using it, and don't leave it on against bare skin for long periods.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes, but because it has a lithium battery it must go in your carry-on, not checked luggage.
Is it suitable for children?
Only with adult supervision, on the low setting. It is not recommended for people with reduced feeling in their hands unless a doctor has approved use.
