Safety & placement
Plug directly into a wall outlet — never an extension cord or power strip. Keep at least 3 ft (1 m) of clear space around the heater, away from curtains, bedding, paper and furniture. For dry indoor rooms only: not for bathrooms, garages or other damp areas. Do not leave running while you are away from home, and keep children and pets supervised.
Warranty
Every Kova heater is covered for 1 year against defects. If it stops heating under normal use, email us your order number and a short video and we'll send a replacement.

Free insured, tracked shipping on every order. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–8 business days within the US — about 6–11 business days in total. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
Returns
Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery — email us your order number and we'll send instructions within one business day. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong; then we cover it and replace or refund in full. What size room does it heat?
Small rooms such as bedrooms, home offices and nurseries — up to about 160 sq ft (15 m²). It is not designed for garages, basements or large open-plan spaces.
Can I use it in a bathroom?
No. Kova is for dry indoor rooms only. Do not use it in bathrooms, laundry rooms or anywhere it could get wet.
Can I plug it into an extension cord?
No. Like any 1500W heater, plug it directly into a wall outlet — never an extension cord or power strip.
Do I need an electrician?
No. It plugs into a standard wall outlet. Wall-mounting takes two screws with the included kit — or skip the drill and stand it on a shelf.
Is it safe around kids and pets?
It has tip-over and overheat protection. As with any heater, keep 3 ft of clear space around it, supervise children and pets, and don't leave it running while you're out.
Does it have a remote or a timer?
No — Kova is deliberately simple, with a temperature dial and a mode dial. There's no app, remote or screen to figure out.
Is it noisy?
You'll hear a gentle fan while it runs, similar to other fan heaters. Low and fan settings are the quietest.
Will it raise my electric bill?
On high it draws 1.5 kW — about $0.25 an hour at the US average electricity price of roughly 17¢ per kWh. Low and fan settings use less, and the thermostat cycles down once the room is warm. Warming one room can also let you keep the rest of the house cooler.
Is there a smell the first time?
A faint smell on first use is normal for new heaters and fades quickly. Run it in a ventilated room the first time.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — 1 year against defects, plus 30-day returns on unused heaters.
