Can I return my order?
Yes. Unused pieces in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, write to care@orvelise.com with your order number and we will send instructions within one business day.

How do I care for it?
Wipe the shell with a soft, dry cloth, keep it away from water and prolonged direct sunlight, and store it somewhere cool and dry.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. Hardware is covered for one year against manufacturing defects. Should anything fail, write to care@orvelise.com and we will repair or replace it.
