How long does delivery take?
Delivery is complimentary and tracked on every order. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, then delivered in 5–8 business days within the US and 10–20 business days internationally. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unused pieces in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, write to care@orvelise.com with your order number and we will send instructions within one business day.

How do I care for it?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth, keep it away from water and prolonged direct sunlight, and store it somewhere cool and dry.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. Zips, hardware and any LED mirror are covered for one year against manufacturing defects. Should anything fail, write to care@orvelise.com and we will repair or replace it.
