How do I care for it?
Refresh the velvet with a soft brush, keep it away from water and prolonged direct sunlight, and store it somewhere cool and dry.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. Hardware is covered for one year against manufacturing defects. Should anything fail, write to care@orvelise.com and we will repair or replace it.
