Yes. Unused pieces in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, write to care@orvelise.com with your order number and we will send instructions within one business day.

How do I care for it?
Spot-clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air-dry. Textures such as teddy fleece and ruffles can be refreshed with a soft brush. Store somewhere cool and dry.
Is it covered by a warranty?
Yes. Zips and hardware are covered for one year against manufacturing defects. Should anything fail, write to care@orvelise.com and we will repair or replace it.
