One size, stretch knit. Fits EU shoe sizes 37–47 — about US women 6–14 and US men 5–13. If you're at the very top of the range, expect a snug fit.
Warranty
Covered for 6 months against defects. If a sock stops heating or a battery stops charging under normal use, email us your order number and a short video and we'll send a replacement.

Free tracked shipping on every order. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–8 business days within the US — about 6–11 business days in total. International orders take 10–20 business days after dispatch and may be charged local import duties on delivery. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
Returns
Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery — email us your order number and we'll send instructions within one business day. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong; then we cover it and replace or refund in full. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Questions, answered
How long does the heat last?
Up to about 8 hours on the lowest level and about 3 hours on the highest, per charge. Cold weather and frequent use of high shorten it. The app timer helps you stretch a charge across your day.
What sizes do they fit?
One size stretches to fit EU 37–47, roughly US women 6–14 and men 5–13.
Do I need the app?
No. The button on the cuff turns the heat on and off. The app lets you pick the exact level, control each sock separately and set a timer.
Are they bulky in boots?
The heating wire is woven into the knit, so the foot is no thicker than a regular winter sock. The battery sits in the cuff pocket above the boot.
Can I wash them?
Yes. Take the batteries out first, then hand-wash or machine-wash cold in a laundry bag and air dry.
How hot do they get?
Up to about 158 °F (70 °C) on the highest level. Start on low, and do not sleep in them on high.
Can I fly with them?
Yes, but the lithium batteries must go in your carry-on, not checked luggage.
Is anyone not suited to heated socks?
They are not recommended for people with reduced feeling in their feet unless a doctor has approved use. Stop using them if you feel any discomfort.
What if they don't fit or I don't like them?
Return them unused in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If they arrive faulty, we replace or refund in full.
When will my order arrive?
Most US orders arrive within 6–11 business days in total (1–3 days to prepare, 5–8 days in transit). International orders take 10–20 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
